2. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Haymarket, VA, and surrounding areas within the DMV region (D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia). Delivery fees may apply depending on location and order size.
3. Is there a minimum rental amount?
Yes. Our minimum order for delivery is typically $100, but this may vary depending on distance and availability. Contact us for details.
4. Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services for an additional fee. Let us know your event timeline, and we’ll coordinate logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
5. Can I pick up my rental items instead?
Absolutely. Certain items are available for customer pickup from our Haymarket location. We’ll confirm eligibility and pickup instructions when you place your order.
6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring/summer and holidays), to guarantee availability.
7. What happens if something is damaged or missing?
Please notify us immediately upon delivery or pickup if an item is missing or damaged. You may be responsible for replacement or repair costs if the item is lost or returned damaged.
8. Do I need to clean the items before returning them?
Linens do not need to be washed, but they should be shaken out and free of food and debris. Equipment should be returned in reasonable condition. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or stains.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve your order. If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, the remaining balance may be refunded or applied as credit. Cancellations within 7 days may not be eligible for refunds.
10. Do you offer event planning or design services?
While we specialize in rentals, we are happy to recommend trusted event planners and designers who can assist with décor and coordination. Ask us for referrals!
